You’ll receive updates at each major milestone: when your client is onboarded, when their vehicle goes into the shop, when a diminished value or total loss claim is filed, and when the settlement is complete. We send a final summary to your firm when the claim closes so your case records are complete.
Your client gets plain-language text updates throughout the process so they always know where things stand. They have a dedicated Claims Concierge contact they can reach directly with questions. They don’t need to call your office to find out what’s happening with their car.
Yes. We can step in at any point in the process. If the client has already accepted a settlement there may be limited options, but in most cases there’s still something we can do. It’s always worth sending the referral and letting us assess it.
