Your Team Does Nothing Extra.

Every personal injury client with vehicle damage has a diminished value claim sitting uncollected.
We recover it for them while their PI case is still moving forward, at no cost to your firm and no extra work for your staff.

Partner With Us

Most personal injury clients have no idea their vehicle lost permanent market value the moment it was in an accident, even after flawless repairs. That loss is real, it’s documented, and in Georgia it’s legally recoverable. It’s called inherent diminished value, and most clients never claim it because nobody tells them to.

Your firm doesn’t need to handle it. That’s what we do. When you refer a client to us, we take the diminished value claim from start to finish. Documentation, insurer communication, settlement collection. You do nothing beyond the introduction. Your client recovers money they didn’t know they were owed, and they recover it while they’re waiting on the injury case to resolve.

Why the Timing Matters for Your Practice

A typical bodily injury case takes 12 to 24 months to settle.

That’s a long time for a client to feel like nothing is happening.

By the time you’re deep in discovery or waiting on a demand response, your client is starting to wonder when they’ll actually see results.

Diminished value changes that. A diminished value claim typically resolves in 30 to 90 days, often before the BI case has even cleared the demand stage. Your client gets a check. They see that your firm delivered something real. That early win keeps them engaged and loyal through the rest of the wait.

The alternative is your client sitting quietly for 18 months wondering if they made the right call hiring you.

What This Looks Like on a Real Case

A client comes in after a rear-end collision. Their 2021 Honda Accord has $8,400 in repairs. Their bodily injury case is active. You refer them to Claims Concierge at intake.

Six weeks later, their diminished value claim settles at $4,200. They get a check. They call your office to say thank you, four months before the bodily injury case is anywhere near resolution.

At settlement, your client remembers two things: you got them results fast, and you fought for everything they were owed. That’s the conversation that turns into a referral.

*Recovery amounts vary based on vehicle age, value, and damage extent.

Questions Attorneys Ask Before Partnering

What if the diminished value appraisal comes back low?

We’ll tell you before we file anything. Every referral gets an initial assessment. If the vehicle’s age, mileage, or pre-accident value means the likely recovery isn’t meaningful, we say so upfront and don’t pursue the claim. We’d rather pass on a case than file something that makes you look like you oversold the benefit to your client. You’ll never be stuck explaining a disappointing outcome you didn’t see coming.

They won’t. Diminished value is a property damage claim handled completely separately from the bodily injury claim. The two tracks run in parallel without any overlap. Diminished value settling early doesn’t affect the bodily injury file, the demand, or your position on the injury side.

Most vehicles involved in a not-at-fault accident where repairs exceeded a meaningful threshold relative to vehicle value will qualify. We assess every referral individually. Older high-mileage vehicles with low pre-accident value may not yield meaningful recovery, and we’ll tell you that upfront rather than push forward on a claim that won’t deliver real results for your client.
Not always. We can begin the assessment once a repair estimate exists. We’ll advise on the right timing based on the specifics of the claim.

We work with all major carriers in Georgia and we know how each one approaches diminished value evaluations. That carrier-specific knowledge is part of how we advocate above the baseline formula when the evidence supports it.

Let’s Talk Through How This Fits Your Practice

It’s a 20-minute call. We’ll walk through what the referral process looks like for your firm, how diminished value fits alongside your existing bodily injury intake, and what your clients can realistically expect to recover.

Most attorneys who partner with us say they wish they’d called six months earlier. There were clients during that window whose diminished value statute hadn’t run yet but whose cases had already closed. If you have active cases right now, those clients still have time.
